The National Jazz Museum in Harlem is looking for high school and pre-college students to participate in a three-month Young Leaders Arts Immersion Project that will include masterclasses, listening sessions, a deep dive into the foundations of Black American Music as well as tours of NYC art institutions, recording studios and mentoring by cultural leaders.

This is a unique opportunity to learn about arts, visit cultural centers in Harlem and around NYC, attend performances and receive a $250 stipend for each participant at the end of the program. No art background is required. Please contact Ryan Maloney (212)348.8300 or at rmaloney@jmih.org for more information.

Boys and Girls Club of Harlem

Riverside Hawks Basketball

The Summer Leadership Academy Camp is open to all Student Athletes from Grades 5th-8th. This year’s camp will be a concentration on robotics and beginning stages of coding where students will be able to construct a robot from scratch and code it to move all on their own! Great STEM training for youth!

The camp starts August 1st until 19th , from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and lunch included. For more information please contact: rhleadershipacademy@gmail.com
