WHDC Launches RFPs to Benefit West Harlem

West Harlem Development Corporation announces the availability of approximately $1,050,000 in grant funds for programs in the areas of education, affordable housing and workforce development that benefit West Harlem/Community District 9. Approximately 13 to 21 total grants will be awarded. To view/respond to the Requests for Proposals (RFPs), click here.

We will hold an optional RFP Information Session on Friday, Oct. 30 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Presidential Ballroom in Columbia University’s Faculty House, 64 Morningside Drive (between 116th and 118th Streets). RSVP here.

In addition, there will be a conference call on Wednesday, Nov. 4 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please email by 5 p.m. on Nov. 3 to receive instructions for the call.

Potential respondents may also email questions to until midnight Nov. 5. WHDC will answer emailed questions by posting frequently asked questions and answers to its website on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
