Ribbon Cutting Event – Alexander Hamilton Playground Mural

CITYarts’ 338th mural project, Following in the Footsteps of Alexander Hamilton, is a three-year project celebrating the history of Alexander Hamilton and embracing the diversity of his neighborhood in West Harlem. The project was led by artist Hugo Bastidas with local schools, community volunteers, and teens from the NYC Summer Youth Employment Program.
The ribbon cutting ceremony revealing the third and final mural decorating this neighborhood playground will take place on Monday, October 7th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Alexander Hamilton Playground at West 140th and Hamilton Place in Harlem, NY 10031.
